- All items must be in unused, original condition and returned with the original receipt.
Return & Exchange Period
Our valued customer may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The product is in its original packaging and condition
- The original receipt is available
In this case, our valued customer will be responsible for the delivery fees for returning and sending the product.
In-Office Returns & Exchanges
If our valued customer prefers to return or exchange the product through our office:
- The product amount will be refunded
- The initial delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
Defective Products
If our valued customer receives a defective or damaged item:
- Lunere will cover all return or exchange delivery fees
- Or provide replacement parts free of charge

Exclusions
- Perfumes: Once the perfume seal or packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery and return fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by the delivery service provider.
- If an item purchased during a free delivery offer is returned or exchanged, delivery and return/exchange fees will apply.
